Christmas came early for me this year. My brother had been trying to convince me to buy a Bluetooth GPS forever. He kept telling me how he was tired of me missing events just because I didn’t know how to get there. Although he had a point, I didn’t want to admit it. I’ve been terrible with directions for as long as I can remember, I just can’t deal with maps! My brother decided to order me a shiny new Bluetooth GPS – Wow! This Bluetooth GPS is my new favorite toy; it’s totally changed how I feel about driving long periods at one time. Previously, family trips involved yelling, screaming, arguing, bad music, and the typical "are we there yet?” question being proposed every second left turn. Now, we seem to get more done on family trips than we do sitting around the house. While driving, we can make hands-free phone calls to let our neighbors know we are gone, order a pizza to our destination, and even handle a few light business calls on the way to grandma’s house! If I hadn’t talked to my brother I would have thought a Bluetooth GPS is a dental operation, which should say something about how easy my Bluetooth GPS is to setup and use. My problems with directions have been completely eliminated. I’m now comfortable driving to locations I’d previously never even attempt to locate, and I’m getting there even before my friends are! My favorite feature on my new Bluetooth GPS is the hands-free directions. I’m able to talk to my Bluetooth GPS, and unlike my kids, it listens! I love this feature because I often decide to make a few stops before making it to point B, all I have to do to simply tell my Bluetooth GPS where I want to stop, and it adjusts accordingly! I love it so much; I think I’m going to buy the same one for my brother!
